We are partnering with the Body of Christ in Ukraine and Eastern Europe to fulfill the Great Commission. We equip local churches to build sustainable, multiplying camping ministries that reach the next generation and develop them into the future leaders of the Church.
God is Raising Up the Next Generation
The Lord is actively working through His Church in Ukraine to build generational strength. Our brothers and sisters there are fully committed, but they need strategic support to multiply their impact.
The Opportunity: Camp is a God-designed environment where the local Church and the next generation meet for deep, accelerated discipleship.
The Calling: This is not a hand-out; it is a Kingdom partnership. We are invited to invest in the vision, capacity, and leaders that God is already raising up across the region.
The Church: We stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our Ukrainian Christian family, empowering them to do the Great Commission work in their own communities.

Our ministry is centered on the local church, helping our partners apply a proven leadership philosophy: Form to serve. Entrust to act.
The Foundation: The Local Church
All ministry flows from and returns to the local congregation. We come alongside local brothers and sisters to support their vision and authority.
The Tool: Strategic Camping
We equip leaders to use Christian camping as the primary platform to connect young people with the Church and develop them into servant leaders.
The Philosophy: Form & Entrust
We shape character, nurture faith, and then entrust emerging leaders with real responsibility at camp, allowing them to lead, decide, and grow into the future of the Church.
This approach works because it mirrors how Jesus formed His disciples. And it creates the kind of leaders churches desperately need.

For 30 years, we have simply joined God where He is at work. The fruit is clear, documented, and sustainable:
2,500 Churches trained in foundational ministry practices.
850,000 Campers reached through church-based camps across the region.
30,000 Leaders equipped—many continue to serve today, and many have gone on to train others.
400 Churches actively trained and coached annually.
1:10+ Leverage Ratio: For every dollar invested, the local Church invests nearly $13. This is owned, self-sustaining ministry.
We currently train 400 churches annually; many return year after year for ongoing development, while new churches continue joining our network. But we estimate at least 6,000 more churches across Ukraine could benefit from camping ministry. These churches are committed and capable. They need training, coaching, and proven strategies—not handouts.

Help a specific local church reach vulnerable children. Your partnership provides a strategic subsidy, while the church carries the majority of the cost to ensure long-term sustainability and ownership.
$150 helps one child attend camp.
$1,500 partners with a church to serve 80 children.

Partner in Training
Support the training events where the "Form to serve. Entrust to act" philosophy is taught. You invest in the training infrastructure; the leaders invest their own time and registration fees.
$10,000 makes a residential training camp possible for 100 servant leaders.

Sustain the Mission
Sponsor the small, multi-national expert team that provides the operational backbone for this entire movement. This core group are the indispensable stewards, leaders, coaches and developers who work to ensure that hundreds of camps across several countries are safe, biblically sound, and financially responsible.
This Strategic Team is responsible for equipping and sustaining 400+ camps annually, ensuring every investment multiplies.
